Arlington approves Hawthorne development agreements contingent on FEMA and ROW documents

Both motions carried unanimously.
Why it matters: the Hawthorne development is located south of Summers Road, north of I-40 and west of Airline Road and will proceed only after the developer satisfies FEMA and ROW requirements noted by staff.
