A motion to approve the Oct. 8 minutes was made by Timothy Nemecek, seconded by Mark Warner, and recorded as carried by unanimous vote. Later in the meeting, Mark Warner moved (seconded by William Cousineau) that the committee hold meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. for 2026; the motion was approved and the committee listed the specific dates for distribution: Jan. 14; Feb. 11; March 11; April 8; May 13; June 10; July 8; Aug. 12; Sept. 9; Oct. 14; Nov. 11; Dec. 9, 2026.
The meeting closed when Timothy Nemecek moved to adjourn at 5:50 p.m.; Mark Warner seconded and the motion passed. Minutes record each motion as "All approve — Motion Carried."
