County Administrator Landkamer told the board the AIA Document B132-2019 agreement is for the Government Center re-roof project, which was included in the 2026–2030 capital improvement plan. The project estimate was stated as $500,000 based on 2025 project numbers. Commissioner Jack Kolars moved to approve the agreement and Commissioner Nicole Helget seconded; the motion carried with all voting in favor. The board authorized the chair to sign the agreement via DocuSign.
The approval permits staff to proceed with design and procurement steps under the AIA agreement; specific construction costs and timelines will be determined during subsequent project phases.
