Chair David Jackson called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and led the invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call recorded Commissioners Mike Callton, Bruce Campbell, Mark Doster, Catherine Getty, David Hatfield, David Jackson and Bob Teunessen present; Commissioner Jon Smelker was absent.
