Authority member Pat Klooster moved to approve the May 13, 2025 minutes; Michael Cunningham seconded and the motion carried on a voice vote, 3-0. Later in the meeting Authority member Scott Hankins moved to approve the May 2025 monthly bills in the amount of $15,596.72; Klooster seconded and the motion passed on a roll-call vote, 3-0.
Fiscal Officer Becki King provided a vendor update from Machin and said she will invite Machin representatives to a future meeting to answer questions in person. There were no members of the public present for either public-comment period.
The board set its next meeting for July 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. and adjourned at 9:08 a.m.
