Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 23 approved a five-year lease and an IT services agreement with Elect IT Solutions as part of a broader effort to secure office space and staff support for county information-technology needs. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the lease for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg at $250 per month; the motion passed unanimously.
Under separate action, commissioners approved SOW # ETM12042025-001 with Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support services. Commissioner Hann said the contract will provide consistent technical support for county offices. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve a CCAP PComp Contribution 1st Installment Invoice No. INVO62458 for $5,575.00; that motion also passed.
The board also authorized the purchase of a View Station for the treasurer's office, approving an Amazon quote for $784.22 submitted by Elect IT Solutions. County officials said the equipment is intended to support in-office public-facing transactions and remote-monitoring needs. All listed motions were recorded as passed with 'All in favor.'
The lease is to take effect when the space becomes available and is set at a fixed monthly rent of $250 with no scheduled increases. SOW and invoice documents were referenced by contract identifiers during the meeting; no performance dates beyond the five-year lease term were specified in the public record. The meeting minutes show the board handled the approvals in a single session without recorded dissent.
