Morton County approves multiple subdivision plats, sets conditions for Honey Hills Estates

The Morton County Commission approved several subdivision final plats and related zoning amendments at its Aug. 10 meeting, placing conditions on two long-form Honey Hills Estates plats to address homeowners association formation, stormwater management and buffers along State Highway 1806.
Commissioner Buckley moved and Commissioner Morrell seconded approval of the short-form Ferderer Subdivision final plat and an associated zoning map amendment; the commission found the proposal conforms to Article 7 of the Morton County Land Use Code and the land-use priorities of the 2045 Comprehensive Plan. The motion carried with all voting aye.
