Commissioner Jake Callihan opened Bid #25-26/10 and advised one bid had been received from Bank of Grand Lake proposing $150,000 financed at a fixed rate. The bid included a five-year payment option of $2,764.96 per month and a seven-year option of $2,059.14 per month. The county clerk’s minutes record that the bid will be evaluated by the fire chief and any recommendation returned to the board for action.
