Delaware County commissioners approve claims, ARPA and monthly reports in unanimous vote

On Jan. 6 the Delaware County Board of Commissioners voted 3–0 to approve a long consent roster of vendor payments across multiple funds, accept monthly department reports and retain routine administrative items, including ARPA-funded expenditures.
The Delaware County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved payment of claims and accepted monthly reports at its Jan. 6, 2026 regular meeting.
The board voted 3–0 to approve a multi‑fund claims list that included an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) fund payment of $22,542.91 to Kofile Technologies for preservation work, multiple vendor payments across County Clerk, Highway, Rural Fire and Sheriff accounts, and other routine disbursements. Commissioners also approved monthly reports submitted by the Treasurer, Assessor, Health Department, County Clerk and Election Board.
Commissioner Jake Callihan made the motions that were seconded by Commissioner David Beck; Chairman David Poindexter and the two members recorded yes votes on the roll calls.
The approvals clear contractual and operating expenses across county departments and keep routine financial oversight on schedule. Separate agenda items later in the meeting covered a county audit engagement, a lease with Arvest and other administrative matters.
The board adjourned after completing the published agenda.
