Excise Board approves $323,900 transfer to two CBRI road projects and other fund adjustments

The Delaware County Excise Board on Nov. 12 approved multiple interfund transfers and an appropriation transfer, including a $323,900 allotment from ETR Fund #7506 split equally between two CBRI road projects.
Vice-Chairman Steve Odle moved and Charles Marts seconded the transfers, which the minutes say passed with a unanimous "all voted aye." The minutes identify the transfers as $161,950.00 to account #1103-6-6100-2090 for the CBRI Daytown Road Project and $161,950.00 to account #1103-6-6100-2091 for the CBRI Colcord Keithley Road Project.
The board also approved a $652.58 transfer within ARPA accounts (Acct. #1566-1-2000-2005 to Acct. #1556-1-2001-2005) described in the minutes as an error correction, and a $100,000.00 transfer from Highway Sales Tax - District 2 (Acct. #1313-6-8042-2005) into Highway Lease Purchase - District 2 (Acct. #1102-6-4200-4130).
Separately, under Agenda #4 the board approved moving $80,000.00 from Use Tax M&O (Acct. #1301-1-8020-2005) into Use Tax Personal Service (Acct. #1301-1-8020-1110). The motions were recorded as carried unanimously.
The minutes do not record public comment on the transfers nor any dissent from the board. County Clerk Barbara Barnes certified the agenda posting and the meeting adjourned at 8:36 a.m.
