Board approves claims, apportionments and a $100,000 highway interfund transfer

The Delaware County Board of County Commissioners approved routine financial items on Nov. 10, including payment of a multi‑department claims list and the signing of 308 apportionments across highway, fire, miscellaneous and special funds.
