On a motion by Commissioner Heiberger, seconded by Commissioner Barth, the commission approved Resolution MC20‑32 by roll call (5 ayes). The resolution authorizes the chair and county auditor to execute the release documentation and directs that DPNO 20218 remain only in the name of the lienee for the full amount.
