County authorizes lower list price for 908 N West Ave to $1.6 million

Craig Dewey, Assistant Commission Administrative Officer, presented a change to the county’s listing agreement with NAI Sioux Falls that would reduce the current list price from $1,850,000.00 to $1,600,000.00 based on market conditions. Commissioner Karsky moved to authorize the chair to sign the listing agreement change; Commissioner Beninga seconded the motion. The board voted 4-0 in favor.
The motion directs the Chair to execute the revised listing agreement allowing the reduced list price. The change was entered into the record and will be implemented by the county’s administrative staff and the county’s listing agent.
