Huset’s Speedway general manager Doug Johnson addressed a commissioner’s question and explained that over‑21 wristbands will be used during events to prevent service to those under age. Owner Kyle Thill was present for the hearing and no one spoke in opposition.
Commissioner Heiberger moved to approve the special-event malt beverage licenses for the listed dates (Aug. 21–23, Aug. 29, Sept. 4–6, Sept. 17–19, 2020); Commissioner Barth seconded. The motion passed by roll call vote: 4 ayes.
The licenses cover specified race dates and include the licensee’s commitments to age‑verification controls; county records show the Commission’s approval and the listed dates.
