• Authorization to execute five County Standard Non‑Reimbursable Utility Contracts to extend sanitary sewer system lines for multiple developments (Windhaven Crossing, Bethpage Apartments Phase 2, Spanish for Fun Daycare, Page Road Parcels, Page Corners).
• Contract award to Taplin Group, LLC — $223,703 for manhole and sewer line inspection services for the Utilities Division (initial term with renewal options), funded by the Sewer Utility Enterprise Fund.
• Contract with Brady Trane Services, Inc., DBA Icon Boiler, Inc. — $503,423.37 to replace two steam boilers at the Durham County Detention Center, citing age, failure risk and CIP funding.
