Sheri Monsees, County Election Board Secretary, told the Garfield County Board of County Commissioners on Dec. 15 that a person had come to her office to appraise the Department of Human Services (DHS) building. The Board received the information but did not act on it during the meeting.
The commissioners noted that agenda items not acted upon would be carried over to a later date. No motions, votes or public comments related to the DHS building appraisal were recorded.
