Vice-Chairman Reese Wedel moved and the board approved an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement (#2025-8) that names Wedel as Garfield County’s representative to the CEB #8 Board of Directors, authorizes Clarence Maly to serve as alternate #1 and Joe Kegin Jr. as alternate #2. The appointment and agreement were approved by the three commissioners with votes recorded Aye: Maly, Wedel and Kegin.
The board approved several Cash Fund Estimates of Needs and Requests for Appropriation, including two Rural Fire Sales Tax appropriations totaling $94,707.15 ($92,504.63 and $2,202.52); a Rural Fire-Use Tax appropriation of $13,282.44; Jail-Sales Tax of $231,277.73; Jail-Use Tax of $33,208.41; and multiple…
