Quay County approves budgetary increases: indigent fund, county improvements, and payments

Salas also presented Resolution No. 24, which records a $600,000 state legislative appropriation to the County Improvements Fund for capital outlay, specifically noted in the meeting packet as funding for the purchase of a roller and a backhoe; the resolution was approved unanimously. The board then approved the accounts-payable/payment-approval report.
