The Upper Blue Planning Commission on Sept. 26, 2024, recorded a request to continue a preliminary rezoning application for Lot 13 of Ten Mile Vista Subdivision No. 2 to Oct. 24. Chair Keith Gallacher called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and adjourned it at 5:35 p.m.
The item, PLN23-075, is a Class 5 preliminary rezoning request to change a 3.71-acre parcel from RME (Residential Mountain Estates) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow the lot to be split to accommodate one additional deed-restricted single-family unit and an accessory apartment. The application is associated with Benjamin F. Kent (applicant). The applicant requested a continuance of the hearing to the Oct. 24, 2024 Upper Blue Planning Commission meeting; a motion to continue was recorded (moved by Commissioner Allen Frechter and seconded by Commissioner Dan Cleary) but the transcript does not record a vote tally for that motion.
Earlier in the brief meeting, Commissioner Richard Holcroft moved to approve the Summary of Motions from the June 27, 2024 meeting; Commissioner Allen Frechter seconded and the minutes were approved as submitted by a 5-0 vote. The agenda was presented with no additions, deletions or change of order. Staff members Susan Lee and Lili Girodie and Administrative Support II Margaret Citak were listed as present.
No new business, consent agenda items, work session items, or discussion items were listed on the meeting record.
The commission adjourned at 5:35 p.m. following a motion by Chair Keith Gallacher and a second from Commissioner Allen Frechter. The PLN23-075 item is expected to appear on the Oct. 24, 2024 Upper Blue Planning Commission meeting agenda for further consideration.
