The project was presented by Elyse Chudacoff of The Collective Architecture on behalf of the property in the Upper Blue planning area. Commissioner Emily Lawless made a motion to approve PLN25-062; Commissioner Dan Cleary seconded. The motion passed with a 5-0 vote.
