The court also declared a 1998 Ford F-150 (VIN 1FTRF1766WNB50695) used by Planning and Zoning as surplus and authorized disposal via public auction on GovDeals.com. The surplus declaration was approved by voice vote, with Magistrate Jim Travis absent.
On zoning business, the court moved and approved postponement of the Top Flight Development zoning application (AG-1 to R-1 on 12.7 acres, Hochstrasser Road) to the next meeting at the applicant's request.
Treasurer Doug Williams read eight budget transfers and a list of invoices and purchases; the court approved all expenditures and transfers by roll call. The approved transfers include reallocations into utility, equipment rental and road equipment accounts to cover operational needs; the county clerk and treasurer will include the transfers in the meeting minutes and records.
These procedural approvals give staff authority to complete equipment repairs, prepare the surplus vehicle for auction, and update the county’s fiscal records.
