The Fleming County Fiscal Court discussed the status of the Monitored Conditional Release (MCR) program at its July 14, 2020 meeting and scheduled further review.
Judge/Executive Larry H. Foxworthy raised the program’s status and noted questions about position pay scales and duties. Foxworthy asked Assistant County Attorney Nathan Tomlin to review the MCR program; the minutes record that further discussion will be held at the next meeting.
Bracken County Magistrate Craig Miller, present at the meeting, commented on the House District campaign and said there was a lack of support for law enforcement and the MCR program. The minutes do not record a response from other magistrates on those remarks. The court did not take formal action on program changes at the July 14 meeting.
