Resident asks Fleming County to adopt stretch of McGlone Lane into county maintenance; inspection to be scheduled

Resident Joe Oliver asked the Fleming County Fiscal Court on Aug. 11, 2020 to add approximately 100 feet of McGlone Lane into the county road-maintenance system and to install a new culvert along that stretch. The minutes record discussion of the current conditions of that portion of McGlone Lane and the procedural steps the county follows to adopt a road into the maintenance system.
County Judge/Executive Larry H. Foxworthy told the court he would have the County Road Supervisor contact Oliver and schedule a meeting at the location for inspection. No final decision to add the roadway or to fund culvert installation was recorded; follow-up and on-site inspection were directed.
