Mayor Larry Waters presented Resolution 2024-08-02, asking the committee to confirm members to the Sevier County Regional Planning Commission. Commissioner Carroll Rauhuff moved to approve the resolution; Commissioner Aaron Foster seconded. The motion passed unanimously, the record shows.
The approval came during a brief meeting that also included adoption of the board’s final agenda for its Aug. 19, 2024 meeting. Mayor Waters presented the agenda; Commissioner Rauhuff moved to approve and Commissioner Dale Hill seconded. The committee approved the agenda unanimously.
Commissioner Aaron Foster moved to adjourn the steering committee; Commissioner Dale Hill seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 5:05 PM. The board is scheduled to meet on Aug. 19, 2024, where the confirmed appointments will appear on the posted agenda.
