Snowflake council adopts new traffic regulations ordinance

On Aug. 3, 2021, the Snowflake Town Council adopted Ordinance 2021-06, adding Title 6, Chapter 4 and updating town traffic regulations. Byron Lewis gave the ordinance’s second reading, and a motion to approve carried unanimously with Allison Perkins absent.
Joe Jarvis had presented the ordinance at a prior meeting; council members indicated no new issues had arisen since the earlier discussion. The change brings Snowflake’s local traffic rules into a consolidated chapter of the municipal code and repeals conflicting provisions.
