The Bland County Board of Supervisors adopted the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Secondary Six‑Year Plan for fiscal years 2023–2028 at its May 24 meeting after a presentation from Andy Fowler, VDOT Residency Administrator.
Chairman Randy Johnson opened the public hearing; no members of the public spoke. Supervisor Adam Kidd moved to adopt the VDOT plan resolution and Supervisor Stephen Kelley seconded; the roll‑call vote was unanimous.
