MSU Extension presents opioid and substance-abuse recovery programs; local officials describe jail and school efforts

Stephannie Vallier described programs the county jail is offering to address substance use and support recovery for inmates. The presentations and comments outlined ongoing local efforts across schools, correctional settings and community outreach.
