Authority member Pat Klooster moved to approve the June 2025 bills, and Authority member Michael Cunningham seconded. The motion carried on a roll call vote, 3-0. Earlier in the meeting, Klooster also moved to approve the minutes of the June 10, 2025 meeting; Cunningham seconded that motion, which carried on a 3-0 voice vote.
The meeting record shows Manager Gordie Russell and Transportation Coordinator Joe Kroll were not present and no manager or coordinator reports were given. Fiscal Officer Becki King, County Clerk Julia Drost and Chief Deputy Clerk Kim Garver were listed as present; Kim Garver submitted the meeting record.
There were no members of the public in attendance and no public comment was offered. The Authority noted no new or old business and adjourned at 9:02 a.m. Its next meeting is scheduled for Aug. 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
