Fulton County approves PIMCC associate agreement to review inmate medical bills

Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives updated the Fulton County Board of Commissioners on the Prison Inmate Medical Cost Containment (PIMCC) Program Agreement administered through the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP). Shives said the county has not used the repricing service to date and that, if the service were needed, it would require a one-time fee of $19.
On a motion by Commissioner Randy H. Bunch the board approved and executed an updated PIMCC Associate Member Fee Agreement. The minutes note the last agreement was executed in 2022. The motion passed unanimously.
