Fulton County approves park lease for tree lighting and applies for CCAP grant to repair parking lot and buy truck for sheriff

Wible moved to approve and execute the CCAP 2025 Sallade Safety Improvement Program Grant Application requesting $26,552 to cover remaining parking lot repair expenses ($25,439.42) at the county's newly purchased Lincoln Way West building in McConnellsburg, and to allocate the remaining $1,112.58 toward the purchase of a 4WD truck for the Sheriff's Department; that motion also passed "all in favor."
The board approved a letter to Community State Bank related to the Treasurer's Office transition following the early retirement of Bonnie Mellott Keefer and adopted a resolution from F&M Trust Bank to update authorized signers on the Treasurer's accounts. The minutes do not record a second on the motions; votes were recorded as unanimous approvals.
