Commissioner Randy H. Bunch and Commissioner Hervey P. Hann on Dec. 23 approved a five-year lease with Elect IT Solutions for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg and authorized a separate IT staffing and support services agreement.
Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer, representing Elect IT Solutions (Witmer joined via Zoom), presented the proposed lease at $250 per month with no scheduled increases and SOW # ETM12042025-001 for IT staffing and support. Commissioner Hann moved to approve the lease; the motion passed by voice vote. Commissioner Hann also moved to approve the SOW; that motion passed by voice vote.
The board also approved a $784.22 quote for a View Station for the Treasurer's Office, submitted by Elect IT Solutions. Commissioner Bunch moved and the motion passed by voice vote.
Why it matters: the lease and staffing agreement will consolidate a county vendor relationship and provide on-site workspace and outsourced IT support; the Treasurer's hardware purchase is intended to support office operations. The lease takes effect when the space becomes available.
What was approved (summary): • A 5-year lease between Elect IT Solutions and the County of Fulton for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West at $250/month, effective upon availability (motion: Commissioner Hervey P. Hann; outcome: approved). • SOW # ETM12042025-001 for IT staffing and support services with Elect IT Solutions (motion: Commissioner Hervey P. Hann; outcome: approved). • Purchase of a View Station for the Treasurer's Office, $784.22 (motion: Commissioner Randy H. Bunch; outcome: approved).
Next steps: The lease will take effect when the space is available; county staff and Elect IT Solutions will proceed with the staffing-services onboarding under the approved SOW.
