The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously on Jan. 13 to approve and execute the 2025–2030 Franklin/Fulton Grant Agreement #4100101172 with the Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs that designates Franklin County as the 'single county authority' for the Drug & Alcohol Program covering Franklin and Fulton Counties.
Executive Development Director Julie Dovey presented the agreement and asked the board to approve Franklin County acting as the single county authority for program operation and administration. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve and execute the agreement; the motion passed with all commissioners in favor.
