Fulton County commissioners approve $159,968 in payables, $126,748 payroll and several CCAP transactions

FULTON COUNTY — The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Jan. 20, 2026 approved routine administrative and financial items, including accounts payable, payroll and CCAP-related invoices and renewals.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Jan. 13, 2026 Commissioners' Minutes and the Jan. 13 Salary Board Minutes; both motions passed with the notation ‘All in favor.’ Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve accounts payable dated Jan. 20, 2026 in the amount of $159,968.15; the agenda listed the Fund 100 General Fund allocation at $140,001.80 and smaller amounts allocated to Liquid Fuels, 911, Debt Service and other funds. Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026 totaling $126,747.73; that motion passed unanimously.
Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop presented several Treasurer's Office items. Commissioners approved the 2026 CCAP Eighth Class Dues invoice for $10,323.00 (motion by Commissioner Hann), approved and executed a credit card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman (motion by Hann), and approved the 2026–2027 CCAP PCorP renewal as presented by insurance agent Bobby Snyder. Commissioner Bunch moved to approve the CCAP PComp second installment invoice for $5,575.00, part of a total contribution of $22,300.00; the board approved that payment as well.
Services for Children Director Christine McQuade sought approval for a potential hire for a Caseworker II and said she would obtain quotes for a printer and projector for her office. The board did not record a final hiring decision at the meeting.
Commissioners entered executive sessions for personnel matters twice (11:22–11:27 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.–1:10 p.m.) and adjourned at 1:36 p.m. All motions on the record were noted as carried with ‘All in favor.’
