Board members cited Century Code 11-28-06 in assigning term lengths: the president and secretary/treasurer will serve two-year terms and the vice president will serve a one-year term. The remaining members’ terms were selected by lot; Jenna Kilzer and Julie Goeres received two-year terms, and Dennis Rivinius and Tara Gaugler received one-year terms.
The board voted to name the entity the Western Grant Ambulance District and President Keith Payne appointed the secretary/treasurer to obtain the district’s Employer Identification Number (EIN).
