Morton County Commission approves personnel change, appoints emergency manager and signs off on expenditures

The commission unanimously approved routine business items, including the meeting agenda as amended, the Oct. 12, 2023 regular meeting minutes, and bills and payroll for the current period. Commissioner Morrell moved to approve the agenda and other routine items; Commissioner Leingang and Commissioner Buckley seconded the various motions. All motions were recorded as passing with "All voting aye."
