Separately, the board designated a portion of Beaverdale Road NE an honorary name: 'Reverend Clayton Brown Memorial Road.' All motions passed 4-0.
Procurement and maintenance: The board awarded a website redesign and hosting contract to Revize for $82,900 in year one (including a $12,700 annual support/hosting fee) and $12,700 annually thereafter. Commissioners authorized surplus of multiple sheriff's office vehicles and a Public Works 2012 Ford F‑250 to be auctioned on GovDeals after department needs are evaluated. The board approved repairs or replacement of two Edwards Park sewer pumps not to exceed $50,000 from contingency and awarded Graphite Construction the low bid ($56,222.09 plus a $15,258 alternate) to remodel restrooms at Fire Station 1; both motions passed 4-0.
