Chairman Jevin Jensen and Commissioners Robby Staten, Barry W. Robbins and John Thomas voted in favor; the motion passed 4-0. Commissioner Greg Jones was recorded as absent.
The adoption followed preliminary procedural business, including approval of the meeting agenda (a motion by Commissioner Robbins, seconded by Commissioner Staten, recorded as passing 3-0 with Commissioners Staten, Robbins and Thomas in agreement). County Administrator Robert Sivick, County Attorney Robert Smalley and County Clerk Blanca Cardona were listed as present on the meeting roster.
