Commissioners preview consent agenda: $1.4M bridge award, software licensing, drug‑court grants and EMS service plan

IT Director Al Stephenson said the county’s local area network includes about 210 workstations and 20 servers; Microsoft licensing policy requires unique licenses for installed operating systems and applications and the proposed licensing agreement to cover the devices would cost $46,717.80. Stephenson described the purchase as budgeted and recommended consent placement.
