County Attorney Tony Rowell read the resolution to the board at the meeting and Chairman AJ Dovers called for a motion to approve. Commissioner Jimmy Kitchens moved to approve the resolution and Commissioner Ted O'Steen seconded; all five commissioners voted in favor.
The action establishes the fees candidates must pay to qualify for races in the upcoming FY 2022 election. The public transcript does not record the fee amounts or further administrative details.
