• Approve June 2, 2025 meeting minutes — Motion by Supervisor Frank Graybill; second by Chair Mimi Legro; motion carried (minutes: all in favor).
• Authorize RETTEW Engineering to investigate Elm Road bridge (sinkhole and corroded culvert) — Authorized by board; minutes record that the board approved the investigation.
• Adopt Resolution 2025-002 — Municipal Adoption of Dauphin County Hazard Mitigation Plan — Motion by Mimi Legro; second by Mike Long; motion carried (minutes: all in favor).
• Adopt Ordinance 2025-002 — Amendment to Zoning Ordinance regarding Warehouses — Motion by Mimi Legro; second by Frank Graybill; motion carried (minutes: all in favor).
