Conewago supervisors approve routine financial items, two Planning Commission appointments and insurance-provider change; resident asks about parking

At its April 7 meeting the Conewago Township Board of Supervisors approved routine financial and administrative items, appointed two members to the Planning Commission and authorized an insurance-provider change.
Chair Mimi Legro moved to approve the check detail in the amount of $96,346.92, "subject to audit." Supervisor Frank Graybill seconded and the motion carried "all in favor." Legro also moved to approve the March 3, 2025 meeting minutes with a correction to the attendance section; Graybill seconded and that motion carried.
On personnel matters, Legro moved to reappoint Harry Rozanski to the Planning Commission; Vice-Chair Mike Long seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Legro then moved to appoint Jonathan Coble to complete the term vacated by David Coble through April 30, 2027; Long seconded and the motion carried.
The board also authorized an insurance renewal: Legro moved "to change insurance provider from Selective to McKee Risk through Keystone Insurance," Graybill seconded, and the board voted all in favor.
During the public-comment period, resident Beth Hummer asked whether the township has a parking ordinance and expressed concern about items left in the right-of-way in her neighborhood. The transcript records no follow-up action or timetable for staff to respond to that comment.
Road report and Conewago Place items were noted with no comments, and the board adjourned at 7:23 p.m.
