Residents raise parking, short-term rental and reimbursement concerns at Conewago meeting

Another resident, Beth Hummer, reported unsafe parking near 8 Primrose Drive and asked whether the five-minute public comment limit allows speakers to raise multiple points. Jay Brandt urged residents to approach the board during public comment before contacting county commissioners or state representatives.
Separately, Jonathan Crist said TMI is reopening to power an AI datacenter and asked whether the warehouse ordinance covers such uses; Attorney Victoria Storz said she would investigate. The board did not take immediate action on the parking complaints other than directing the zoning officer to look into the issues.
