CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Va. — The Charlotte County Electoral Board met April 10, approved minutes from its February meeting and heard a written report from the general registrar covering the office budget and vendor pricing before moving into a closed session on local election security standards.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Glenn Baker at 1:12 p.m. Secretary Aubrey Fane offered the opening prayer and Assistant Chairman Glenwood Foster led the Pledge of Allegiance. The board voted without objection to approve minutes from the February meeting after a motion by Secretary Aubrey Fane.
The general registrar presented a written registrar's report and a budget synopsis and provided information on a vendor product identified in the transcript as "Know-ink," including pricing information.
