Parma Heights council passes senior services funding agreement and several code amendments
Summary

Council also approved several codified ordinance amendments: No. 2025‑71 (amending Section 301.365, "Shared-Use Path"), No. 2025‑72 (amending Section 331.41, operation on bicycle paths), No. 2025‑73 (amending Section 371.05, walking on sidewalks and streets) and No. 2025‑74 (amending Section 660.18). Each measure passed by roll-call vote with the same five councilmembers recorded as voting aye; two members (Vanek and Durichko) had been excused earlier in the meeting.
Other business: Ordinance Nos. 2025‑78 and 2025‑82 received second readings; Nos. 2025‑83 (engineer services agreement with Richard L. Bowen + Associates), 2025‑84 (employee benefits amendment), and 2025‑85 (agreement with American Legal Publishing for codification services) were introduced on first reading.
