Parma Heights hears first readings on multiple ordinances; council reads resolution authorizing consulting agreement

Clerk Allen then read Resolution No. 2025-97, "A Resolution Authorizing the Administration to Enter Into a Consulting Services Agreement With McCaulley & Company LLC," and noted the resolution included an emergency declaration; Rounds identified it as a first reading.
