HENEFER, Utah — The Henefer Town Council on Feb. 3 adopted a Zoom meeting policy that allows residents to view the meeting via Zoom but not to submit comments through that platform, approved corrected minutes for Jan. 6 and adjourned at 9:04 p.m.
Councilmember Steven Dallin moved to adopt the Zoom policy; Alec Deru seconded and the motion passed unanimously among those present. The policy, as summarized in the minutes, sets the procedure for offering a Zoom link for viewing only.
The council also approved corrected minutes from the Jan. 6, 2026 regular meeting by motion of Alec Deru, seconded by Steven Dallin. At 9:04 p.m. Councilperson Alec Deru moved to adjourn and Councilperson Steven Dallin seconded; the motion to adjourn passed unanimously (3–0).
