Garfield County approves health agreement, road project paperwork and multiple appropriations

The Garfield County Board of County Commissioners on Feb. 23, 2026 unanimously approved a series of routine but consequential administrative actions, including a memorandum of agreement involving the Garfield County Health Department, Integris Health Enid Hospital, and a state agreement with Viemed Health Care Staffing LLC.
Commissioner Joe Kegin Jr. moved to approve and sign the memorandum of agreement; the motion passed with aye votes from Clarence Maly, Reese Wedel and Kegin. The minutes do not attach the full agreement text to the public record included in these minutes.
