Commissioner Robert Clark moved to approve the claims; Commissioner Scott Hilton seconded the motion. The roll call recorded Hilton, aye; Clark, aye; Furnas, aye.
The board also approved deposit of Check #109461704 in the amount of $250,000.00 from the State of Oklahoma, Attorney General, and Check #145531 in the amount of $1,002.54 from Yellowhouse Machinery Co. The motion to accept those deposits passed unanimously.
The approvals were part of a routine consent and claims section of the meeting; no separate discussion of the $250,000 deposit appears in the record. The county clerk recorded the meeting’s signature line following adjournment.
