Chairman Mike Furnas and Commissioners Robert Clark and Scott Hilton voted unanimously on the items.
The meeting opened at 9:00 a.m. at the Ottawa County Courthouse. Commissioner Robert Clark moved to approve the minutes of Dec. 22, 2025; Commissioner Scott Hilton seconded and the motion passed with all three votes in the affirmative.
