Commissioner Robert Clark moved to approve the Nov. 24, 2025 minutes; Commissioner Scott Hilton seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The board then voted to approve a long list of vendor claims and payments across general, health, highway and other funds as recorded in the meeting minutes; the motion carried on a unanimous vote.
